The Panino is a unique Italian sandwich. Baked to perfection with a fresh taste. It originated in Colorado Springs by the Frasca family. The success of the Panino is in its "secret dough recipe." Using only the finest garden fresh vegetables, top quality meats and cheeses, this deliciously different sandwich is baked to a golden brown, rolled, sliced, and served.
