In addition to a wide array of meats, cheeses and our famous homemade sausages (we make over 50 varieties!), we are also well known for our selection of ethnic specialties and unique condiments. Our Nordic roots demand we provide the community with the highest quality Scandinavian specialties, including Swedish sausage, pickled herring, lutefisk, lefse, and lingonberry sauce -- to name but a few. We are also proud of our popular Italian specialties. We make delicious pizza and spaghetti sauces on site -- to use with our selection of pastas, ravioli, and pizza kits (choose your own combination of FRESH ingredients).
