About Ricky's Embers America
Embers America Restaurants, which began as a single-unit neighborhood restaurant in the mid-1950s, has transformed itself into a unique franchising operation. The Embers America concept links independently owned restaurants but allows franchisees to use their own name and menu items in combination with the Embers logo and proprietary food offerings.
Ricky's Embers America features the original lean, quarter-pound char-broiled Emberger with special sauce, great deli sandwiches, super thick Bridgeman's(TM) malts, delicious coffee cake, and its own unique homemade buttermilk pancakes served 24 hours a day. The Embers' goal is to specialize in "really good" food at a "really good" value.
